About me

Immediately after graduating in physiotherapy, obtained in 2009 in Lugano and recognized by the Swiss Red Cross, Jacopo began working as a therapist at some outpatient centers in Ticino.

Passion and work converge, so much so that in 2011 he founded a rehabilitation medicine center in Lugano together with some partners.

Since 2017 he has embarked on a new path and founded the Kinetic Center, where he now works as a Physiotherapist and Manager.

He regularly attends refresher courses in Switzerland and abroad.

When not working, Jacopo loves practicing various sports, including scuba diving and running, but most of his free time is dedicated to his family and rediscovering the world with his children.

About me

After graduating in physiotherapy in 2012 in Lugano, Carolina began working as a physiotherapist in Lugano. At the end of 2018, she joined the Kinetic Center team, dedicating herself to home physiotherapy.

Specialized in geriatric, cardio-respiratory, and neurological rehabilitation, she continues her training with refresher courses, adding to her list of skills various techniques such as lymphatic drainage, therapeutic Pilates, proprioceptive recovery, and neuromotor control.

When not working or studying, Carolina loves attending concerts with friends and photographing the world around her. She loves motorcycling, traveling, and discovering new cultures and cuisines.

About me

Graduated in 2018 in Lugano with a diploma recognized by the Swiss Red Cross, Carlotta immediately began working as a freelance home physiotherapist in Italy.

In 2019, she started a new experience as a home physiotherapist in Ticino and simultaneously specialized as a Pilates instructor.
Since 2020, she has been part of Kinetic Center, dedicating herself to orthopedic physiotherapy and therapeutic Pilates courses. In 2021, she obtained recognition as a Pilates instructor at the European and international level by Europe Active. In 2022, she specialized in a new branch of physiotherapy she desired: Fisiodermica, which is dedicated to the treatment of skin imperfections.

Passionate about photography, Carlotta collects Polaroids, loves hiking in the mountains, and reading books based on true stories.

About me

Graduated in 2020 in Lugano with a Medical Masseur diploma, Federal Professional Certificate/Swiss Red Cross, Luca continues his training by attending courses in holistic, classic massage techniques, and manual lymphatic drainage.

He joined the Kinetic Center team in 2021 as a medical masseur. In 2022, he completed the course to become a Certified Graston Technique® Operator.

The aspects he loves most about this job are the opportunity to improve people's psychophysical conditions through manual techniques and physical therapies, and the strong human component that distinguishes it.

In his free time, Luca likes swimming and going out with friends, traveling, and watching TV series. He also trains constantly to keep fit.

About me

Graduated in 2021 in Lugano with a diploma recognized by the Swiss Red Cross, Laura continues her professional training by attending refresher courses in neurological rehabilitation and fall prevention, fields she had the opportunity to deepen during her university studies.

In 2022, she began her journey as a member of the Kinetic Center team, dedicating herself to pelvic floor rehabilitation, neurological rehabilitation, and orthopedic rehabilitation.

In September 2022, she started a course in women's health and rehabilitation (Certificate of Advanced Studies) at SUPSI to deepen this subject and dedicate herself to the comprehensive care of female patients

Laura likes to listen to people, try to understand their problems, and find the right rehabilitation path together with them.

She loves traveling, discovering new places and cultures, being in contact with nature, and trekking.

About me

After earning a diploma in Audiovisual and Multimedia Techniques applied to Graphic Design, Martina began studying Herbal Sciences and Techniques. She graduated in Academic Medicine and Classic Massage, completed a Mindfulness Educators course, and took a course in naturopathy. She is currently studying complementary manual therapies, specifically manual lymphatic drainage.

While studying, Martina worked in the hospitality industry and as a sales assistant, developing interpersonal skills that allow her to carefully attend to patients at home and support our team of physiotherapists. She specializes in home massage therapy, therapeutic exercises at home, and prenatal care for expectant mothers who, for health reasons, are unable to visit the studio.

Her aspiration is to specialize in the treatment of neurodegenerative diseases and, one day, to work with equine therapy. Martina speaks Italian, English, and French.

In her free time, she enjoys being an aunt, walking in the woods with her dog, painting, and horseback riding.

About me

After obtaining a Master's in Communication and Economics in 2015, Anda pursued a PhD in Communication for the Healthcare Sector.

She has been part of the Kinetic family since day one, having helped design it with her husband Jacopo.

A polyglot and lover of creativity and technology, Anda divides her time between life at the Kinetic Center, where she manages image and communication and often serves as an interpreter for patients who do not speak Italian, her doctoral research, and her private family life.

She loves playing chess, discovering new foods and cultures, and learning new languages - to add to the 5 she already speaks fluently.

About me

After obtaining her high school diploma in 2017 in administration, finance, and marketing, she graduated in economics and commerce in 2021 at the young age of 22 with top marks. She worked in the restaurant industry while

Determined and open to new experiences, she joined the Kinetic Center team in October 2021 as an intern in administration and reception. In April 2022, her role became secretary.

In her free time, Francesca loves cooking and walking in nature. In the summer, she often goes cycling and enjoys painting landscapes and animals.

About me

After obtaining her diploma in Legal Economic Business - accountant and commercial expert, she graduated in Pharmaceutical Sciences and Technologies and earned a master's degree in Nutrition Biology in 2022.

She has had experiences as an event hostess for a company operating in the wellness sector and managing clients for a company involved in market research and multimedia communication. Michela speaks perfect Italian, English, and French; she is studying German.

Always ready to add new knowledge to her vast cultural background, she has a strong interest in everything related to wellness and health. In 2023, she began a new path at the Kinetic Center as a member of the secretariat team.

In her free time, she likes to keep fit, take long walks in the mountains, or swim. For many years, she swam competitively and participated in competitions. To enjoy moments of relaxation, she likes reading in her home book nook on weekends.

About me

Graduated in Physiotherapy in 2019 with CRS recognition, she completed the CAS in Neurorehabilitation at SUPSI University in 2022.

Before joining the Kinetic Center, she worked as a freelance physiotherapist and in healthcare facilities.

In November 2022, she attended the basic course in cranio-cervico-mandibular rehabilitation and continued with the advanced level course, which will conclude in April 2023. She is also about to enrich her professional training with the CAS course in Angiology at SUPSI University for specialization in the treatment of venous and lymphatic diseases.

Martina shows great empathy in her work and especially enjoys listening to people. She speaks Italian and English.

In her free time, she loves traveling, swimming, and cooking.
