Graston Technique

Graston® Technique: reduces pain and increases muscle-tendon mobility

The Graston® Technique method treats muscle-tendon pain and movement limitations through the application of direct pressure with a series of metallic instruments.

Combined with stretching exercises, the Graston® Technique allows the mobilization of fascial tissue in the presence of restrictions and enhances the reparative processes in a specific area, reducing symptoms and increasing strength and flexibility.

It is particularly indicated for acute and chronic tendinopathies, epicondylitis, inflammations, fascial syndromes such as plantar fasciitis and trigger finger, strains, adhesions, and entrapment syndromes such as carpal tunnel, tarsal tunnel, and thoracic outlet syndrome.

The benefits of Graston® Technique

  • Reduces musculoskeletal pain
  • Improves joint and muscle extensibility
  • Promotes the reduction of muscle spasms
  • Decreases the formation of scar tissue
  • Increases muscle strength and flexibility
  • It is a non-invasive option for the treatment of various muscle and tendon pathologies.
